| Position Responsibilities | - Maintain knowledge of applicable computer network defense (CND) policies, regulations, and compliance documents related to CND auditing
- Perform CND vulnerablity assessments
- Perform CND risk assessments
- Conduct authorized penetration testing of network assets
- Analyze site specific policies and configurations and evaluate compliance with regulations, directives, and instructions
- Prepare audit reports that identify technical and procedural findings and provide recommended remediation strategies and solutions
- Maintain CND audit toolkit to support audit missions

| Basic Qualifications | - Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- DOD 8570 certification (minimally Security +)
- Familiarity with ICD 503
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53, DIACAP or DODDIIS security requirements
- Understanding of best IT security practices
- Experience with RMF
- Experience achieving ATO with a classified network
- Experience with ACAS and other scanning tools
