SEAPORT NxG Contract
SeaPort-NxG is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders. SeaPort-NxG provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.
Arion Systems, Inc. (ASI) is pleased to provide these professional support services for all NAVSEA Program Executive Offices, Directorates, and field activities as a prime contractor under NAVSEA SeaPort NxG contract N00178-19-D-7161:

- Cyber-Security, networking and telecommunications solutions
- Systems engineering and project management
- Concepts, systems, and technology development
- Systems and operational studies and analyses
- Back-deck and subsea mechanical equipment engineering (design, develop, and test)
- Program/project definition and management, system integration, and technical project management
- Electrical, mechanical, software, network, and system engineering of marine systems
- Plans, manuals, and procedures development for shore and ocean testing, training, and operations
- Deck layout, vessel modification, and deployment/recovery assemblies engineering
- Submarine cable system engineering, to include installation, protection, and recovery/repair solutions
- Acoustic engineering, surveillance array data processing, and beam-forming
- Engineering of at-sea load handling, winch, and load/motion compensation solutions
- Design and build special purpose ROV intervention hardware
- Shore-based and deep ocean power generation, recharging, and distribution solutions
- Start-to-finish project leadership: plan, mobilization, mission execution, de-mobilization, and associated reporting/documentation
